HipoBuy Customer Service: Find the Right Route and Explain the Problem

Browse categories

Start a HipoBuy support request with the decision you need resolved: an item selection, a warehouse question, a parcel event or a payment issue. Then attach the reference that belongs to that stage. A clear request lets the recipient identify the problem without guessing which purchase you mean.

Do not post private account details in a public product discussion to get attention. Keep order-specific information within a contact route you have checked, and keep passwords and login codes out of support messages altogether.

Where HipoBuy has directed customers for help

In a company reply dated 10 June 2026 on Trustpilot, HipoBuy directed customers to the User Page's Online Service area, selecting the relevant issue, and gave care@hipobuy.com as an alternative support email. That is an attributed contact instruction, not evidence that this article has tested a live conversation or today's response time.

Use your known account entry to check the current support options. If the interface wording has changed, look for the help area within the account rather than following an unsolicited message that offers to bypass the process. Confirm the destination before sending private order information.

A support email and a telephone number are different contact methods. Do not infer a phone service, opening hours or immediate response from an email address. Similarly, a search result for a similarly spelled shopping service does not establish a HipoBuy contact.

App support email and order support are not interchangeable

The Google Play listing for the Android package com.hipobuy.shop.google, checked on 23 September 2026, displayed a Gmail address in its App support section. This differs from the care@hipobuy.com address in the company reply described above. Their presence in two places does not establish that they handle the same requests or that one should replace the other for an order issue.

For an app problem, identify the exact installed app and the screen where the problem occurs. For a payment, item or parcel question, confirm the order-support route through your known account before sharing transaction details. An app listing's contact field is not, by itself, a verified parcel-help channel.

Do not search for any address containing the brand name and assume it belongs to the right team. Nor should a Gmail address alone be treated as proof of fraud. The useful distinction is where the contact was published, what purpose it serves and whether that purpose matches your question. The mobile guide keeps app distribution separate from account and purchase outcomes.

Match the reference to the issue

Your question Information that helps identify it
Wrong colour or size Item reference, selected option and a focused image
Warehouse progress Item reference, latest status and when you observed it
Onward parcel movement Parcel reference and the relevant tracking event
Return request Item, reported problem, requested outcome and previous instruction
Refund question Relevant transaction, expected amount and last refund update

Supply these through the checked private route only. When a screenshot contains several orders, crop to the relevant area and remove unrelated personal information. An entire account page often exposes much more than is needed to explain one question.

Write one actionable request

For a phone-specific problem, use the mobile app guide to identify whether the failure occurs during download, account access or a product-link handoff.

A practical message has four parts: what you selected or expected, what you currently see, the reference needed to locate it and the question you want answered. Keep assumptions separate from observations.

For an item issue, you might say: “The selected option was grey, but the inspection photo appears black. Please confirm which colour arrived for this item before I decide whether to ship it.” That is more specific than saying the whole order is wrong.

For a parcel issue, describe the latest event and ask what action, if any, is required from you. The tracking guide explains why an unchanged tracking page is not by itself proof of loss or delivery.

If several items share one problem, identify them clearly. If the problems differ, separate the questions so a reply about one does not look like a resolution of all of them.

Make photographs answer the question

If the concern is a mark on a sleeve, include the relevant sleeve view and enough context to locate the mark. If it concerns dimensions, state the measurement and units. A product promotion image is not a photograph of the item received.

The QC guide helps turn a broad concern into a useful photo request. Do not assume that extra photographs are available without charge; ask about the current service and any cost before requesting work.

For a return, use the returns and refunds guide to distinguish permission to return from confirmation that a refund has reached its destination. They require different follow-up questions.

Follow up on the existing question

Before sending another message, check whether the item, parcel or payment status has changed. Include the prior reference and explain what remains unanswered. A short update identifying a new event is more useful than repeating the entire story without saying what changed.

Retain the actual reply and its date. An acknowledgement may mean a request was received; it need not mean a cancellation, packing pause or refund was completed. If a deadline matters, ask what action is required rather than treating silence as approval.

Do not send a second payment merely because a private message claims it will speed up support. Verify any requested action through the known account route. The safety guide explains checks for unexpected messages and payment requests.

Keep product browsing separate from account help

An OG product page can help you revisit what you were considering, but opening a shopping link does not submit a HipoBuy support case. For example, you can compare the jacket-and-joggers presentation with your saved selection while keeping the private order discussion in the appropriate service channel.

Confirm the exact option rather than assuming every styled photograph represents the contents of your order. The spreadsheet links guide covers the distinction between a discovery link and the selection made at purchase.

Common contact questions

Should I share my password so someone can investigate?

No. Describe the issue and use the checked support route without sending passwords or verification codes. An offer to log in for you is not a reason to disclose credentials.

Is a public reply proof my case is resolved?

No. Look for the action relevant to your request: a confirmed order change, a specific instruction or a payment record. A helpful-sounding message is not the same as that outcome.

What if the answer addresses the wrong stage?

Clarify the reference and stage. For example, state that you are asking about an item at the warehouse rather than an international parcel. The warehouse guide and shopping guide explain that distinction.

Should I start with a review or a support request?

For an order-specific decision, use the checked support route with the necessary private reference. If you later share an experience publicly, remove personal details and describe what actually happened rather than presenting an expected outcome as completed.
